
Last night I had my first yoga class.
Let me just say that it was soo relaxing! I was so calm and refreshed by the end of the class, it was great! By the end of the class I was ready to take a nap right there at the gym. Ok if you know me I can probably take a nap almost anywhere if that tired. I was just that calm, relaxed, destressed, just so refreshed. I would need a thesaurus to say any more. Will defiantely be going again :)
One tip to anyone that dives right in and has never done a class though, be careful. There was one move that I tried and was kinda shaky, I did not fall but I did not push any other moment that I was not fully comfortable with...it is more important to keep your alignment that strain yourself.
So if you're stressed, got poor circulation, or just want to feel completely at peace, do yoga!

OH I am so glad you liked it! I was gonna go to day but I feel so bummy today might do a little bit at home.
